I like your use of the workplace setting. There's so much potential there. She might even tell him to decline a promotion that they're both up for, so that she becomes his boss. Then she makes him her personal assistant, so they can spend 'special' time alone together in her new corner office.
I have done a few 'she the boss' ones, and even have a set of photos separate out for them, but unfortunately they tend to get a but limited in scope because of the consent issue.
