Note: this post received in August 2023 (more than a year after posting) a copyright-claim take-down notice. No indication was given as to what content the copyright claim referred to. I replaced (in August 2023) what I guessed to be the likely claimed image with another image. Later (January 2024) I got another copyright-claim take-down notice on another page, and also this page again. I still have no idea what has been copyright-claimed on this page, or whether this claim somehow got sent again even though I had fixed it in August 2023. If anyone has a copyright claim, please post a reply identifying the image and I will remove it.
