No idea, I'm afraid. I very rarely find out who the models are; when I download material for my captions, I just find the look I need and go with that. In general, I don't get images directly from commercial sites and I avoid images that are of well-known models, as I am trying to put my own stories to them, and if they are already well-known, they have their own stories.
Hmmm, a quick Google Image search showed four results on the web for this image. One is just a copy from my site, and I note you have already asked about the image in a comment there. The others are various image aggregator sites, none of which I know, so I didn't obtain the image from them. The image I used is a later creation date and larger than the ones they have, though it may simply have been re-sized upward. I would have sourced the image from a temporary aggregator at some stage, and it's presumably been removed since then.
I have no wish to make anyone feel uncomfortable, so I am always OK with removing an image if the person in it does not want it there. However the area I write in is a very 'niche' field, so if the model doesn't know about it, it might be best if it stays that way. If she knows about it and would like it removed, I will replace the image.
